Warranty Policy
At Yigu Socks (乙谷袜业), we are committed to delivering high-quality socks with craftsmanship, durability, and consistency. Every product we manufacture undergoes strict quality control standards to ensure it meets both domestic and international requirements.
1. Quality Assurance
All products are manufactured under a strict quality management system. From yarn selection to knitting, sewing, finishing, and packaging, each process is carefully inspected to ensure stable quality and performance.
2. Warranty Coverage
We provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, including:
- Broken yarn or stitching caused by production issues
- Significant sizing inconsistencies not meeting confirmed specifications
- Fabric defects such as holes, uneven knitting, or weaving faults
- Printing or labeling errors caused by factory production
3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 6 months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract or OEM/ODM agreement.
4. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or care
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Color fading due to washing, sunlight, or chemical exposure
- Modifications or alterations made by the customer or end user
- Damage caused during transportation after delivery to the customer’s designated forwarder (unless insured by agreement)
5. Claim Process
To process a warranty claim, customers should provide:
- Order number or invoice
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Quantity of affected products
Claims will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved claims may be compensated through replacement, credit note, or refund depending on the agreement.
6. OEM/ODM Orders
For customized OEM/ODM orders, warranty terms may vary based on agreed specifications, materials, and production requirements confirmed before production.
